During the sitting it was declared that the Declaration on Formation of Ukrainian-Polish European University was already elaborated (in State Budget of Ukraine for the year 2009 the expenses at the rate of 7,0 mln. UAH, are presupposed)
Volodymyr Polokhalo, the Chairman of the Committee has informed that the Committee during the years 2008-2009 had taken all the necessary measures concerning the elaboration of the Bill of the Treaty.
Still, the Members of the Committee emphasized that the elaboration of the Bill was unreasonably protracted. AS a result of scrutiny the People´s Deputies have pointed out the attention of the Ministry on Education and Science on the impropriate implementation of the Committee´s Resolution and other agreements concerning the Bill elaboration. The Committee has also recommended that the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry on Foreign Affairs and Education and Science should elaborate the document for the subscription during the meeting of the Governments of Ukraine and Poland that is p0laned to be held in May of the current year.
